KHS Triathlete Chris Foster Wins Desert Classic Duathlon Chris Foster was in his element. This win makes Chris 1-for-1 for the 2009 racing season. The Desert Classic is a Run-Bike-Run course. Foster cruised across the line, winning in 1:23.48. His time missed the course record (1:23.47) by one second. More than anything, Chris was really stoked with his bike split, especially since there were such good cyclists in the field. Chris was riding his prototype KHS Flite TT. This bike should let him ride at the front of the non-draft races this year. Certainly, this result is confirmation that Chris is on the right track for 2009, and he really can't wait to see what the rest of the season has in store, especially since he is only starting to ramp up his training!
